Founder and Trial Attorney.
Attorney Jessica Ponce (Merino) has been practicing law in trial courts all over southern California since 2012 serving clients in a number of areas including family law, wills and trusts contests, and civil litigation.
After years of seeing good people encounter avoidable pitfalls from poor (or nonexistent) business and estate planning, Jessica expanded her trial practice to provide a comfortable space to properly handle these important, though sometimes overwhelming, matters.
Jessica’s experience, diligence and knowledge gives clients the confidence to assess their needs and construct plans for the future.
Jessica lives in Encinitas, California with her husband and two young children. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her family, chasing the kiddos, enjoying the weather, exercising, paddleboarding, and amateur birdwatching.
